Meet Misty Douglas

Hi! I'm Misty and am a mom to 5 kids- all who swam, or currently swim, competitively. We are very active in the swim community, and if I'm not in my backyard pool teaching lessons, I'm likely on another pool deck around San Diego cheering my kids on! I love my job, love children, and love meeting many wonderful families in our community. I'm very passionate about water safety and instilling a lifelong love of the water in every child.

HOW IS ISR DIFFERENT?

Each ISR lesson is custom-tailored to your child, teaching them the self rescue swimming skills that are developmentally appropriate through one-on-one lessons.
